Home Minister Amit Shah today led the discussion from the government's side on the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill in the Lok Sabha. He asked the opposition leaders not to walk out. "I will answer all your questions when the bill is being discussed, don't walk out from the house then," the Home Minister said. The controversial bill seeks to make it easy for non-Muslim refugees from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan to become Indian citizens.
