China Considers Limiting Smartphone Time To 2 Hours

China's internet regulator has proposed measures to help reduce the amount of time children and young people spend online. The rules include banning access to the internet at night and limiting the use of mobile devices for people under the age of 18. Sun Tianyuan from Beijing has more.
