Child labour: Minister backs out of promise

A day after she promised on national television that she will raid sweat shops that use child labour, Union Women and Child Development Minister Krishna Tirath seems to have gone back on her promise. Despite the furore following 10-year-old Moin's death, the minister chose to visit her constituency.
