Champai Soren On His Move To Join BJP: "I Decided To Trust PM Modi..."

Former Jharkhand CM and JMM leader Champai Soren clarified on August 26 that he is going to join the BJP on September 30. He said that after seeing the condition of Jharkhand and brainstorming over the issue, he decided to trust the Prime Minister and Home Minister of the country and therefore decided to join the BJP. Champai Soren said, "When I came on August 18, I had made my position clear... At first, I thought that I would retire from politics, but then, due to the public support, I decided not to... I have decided to join the BJP. Seeing the condition of Jharkhand and brainstorming over the issue, I decided to trust the Prime Minister and Home Minister of the country and therefore decided to join the BJP." When asked if he is joining the BJP on September 30, he says, "Yes."
