Two gangrapes in 24 hours, the national capital shamed yet again. But the politicians continue to blame each other over safety of women and children in the city. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal once again reiterates his demand of handing over Delhi Police to the state government while the Centre continues to blame Mr Kejriwal from running away from his responsibilities. Tonight on The Buck Stops Here we ask if tougher anti-rape laws are powerless? Is the Delhi Chief Minister right in blaming the Centre?
