European IT services major Capgemini is ramping up its India presence and will have over 50 per cent of its global headcount in India by 2015. In a conversation with NDTV's P.S Balakrishnan, Capgemini's Chairman and CEO Paul Hermelin says the company will add over 30000 employees in India over the next few years to take its total India headcount to nearly 75000. He also says the current European crisis is not a major cause of concern for the IT services industry as it has impacted only a few countries in the region.
