On Rebooting India, Commerce and Industry Minister Anand Sharma tells NDTV the BJP is trying to scare away foreign investors from the country. It's been a year since the government allowed foreign supermarket chains to invest in India but overseas retailers say they are still awaiting clarity as there are fears of a the policy being reversed post-2014 elections.
