Wipro approaches SEBI for inclusion of ADR as an option to attain 25% public float

IT major Wipro has approached SEBI for inclusion of ADR as an option to attain 25 per cent public float norms. Wipro expects SEBI to relax one year time frame for a 5 per cent dilution to 2 to 3 yrs so that maximum premium can be realized.
