Wadia, Danone end dispute

France's Groupe Danone and the promoters of Britannia (the Wadias) have agreed to settle the matter amicably and move on. Within the next one week the Wadias will consolidate their position in Britannia by buying out Danone's 25.4 per cent stake in Associated Biscuits International Holding, the holding company of Britannia.
