REITs Will Help Developers Monetise Their Assets: JLL
Ashutosh Limaye, national director of research at JLL India, says REITs will allow developers to monetize their income building assets. Real estate companies will be able to offload their assets sitting in the balance sheet and make use of that money to complete other projects, expand business, launch new projects and settle debts.
