REC on fund-raising spree

REC chairman JM Pathak talks on the company's borrowing programmes. The company is raising $500 million, selling bonds at a fixed coupon of 4.25 per cent, which is lowest ever from an Indian issuer. The company will also raise $200 million through ECBs.
