Dr Anand Deshpande, CMD and CEO of Persistent Systems, tells NDTV that he welcomes the government's 'Digital India' vision. While Persistent Systems' business from the government is than a crore, the company is hopeful that it will be able to increase its administration-themed offerings like the E911.
