ArcelorMittal, the world’s largest steel making company, is planning to set up a research and development centre in India.ArcelorMittal has twelve R&D centres across the world with a budget of $250 million, and is looking at stepping into India as well, not without a reason as the company has envisaged 24 mt steel plants in India.
