Jairam questions Coal India's coal production shortfall

Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh has now trained his guns at Coal India, India's biggest coal producer. He has questioned Coal India's claim that production capability has been hit because of the 'go-no go' restrictions for mining. Coal India had blamed environment ministry's 'go-no go' policy for lower coal production.
