Fertilizer Secretary on urea decontrol

Sutanu Behuria, fertilizer secretary, says there has never been a real proposal for urea decontrol and the ministry revisited the subsidy issue in the urea sector. He adds the ministry is looking at formulating a systematic policy to take care of rupee volatility.
