Drought Unlikely in 2015: Skymet

Jatin Singh, founder and CEO, Skymet Weather Services said it is unlikely that there will be a drought in 2015 despite EL Nino conditions prevailing. He said very rarely is there a drought in the second year when there are El Nino conditions for two years in a row.
