Call Drops: TRAI Vs Telecom Operators
Rajan Mathews, director general of COAI, spoke to NDTV about the ongoing legal battle between telecom regulator TRAI and operators on the call drop issue. TRAI has accused the operators of cartelization but they say that there is a need to address all the issues which are leading to call drops and also to revise the penalty structure.
