Bush hosts dinner for Musharraf, Karzai
US President George W Bush has appealed to the Presidents of Pakistan and Afghanistan to put aside their differences over Osama and fight terrorism like they should. Bush held a dinner for Pakistan's General Pervez Musharraf and Afghanistan's Hamid Karzai in an attempt to ease tensions between the two sides.
