BJP Leader Nalin Kohli Slams MK Stalin's Question On President Letter To Top Court

BJP's Nalin Kohli criticised Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin over the latter's remark on President Droupadi Murmu writing to the Supreme Court over its verdict that fixed timelines for Governors and the President to act on Bills passed by state Assemblies. "Our Constitution recognises and embodies separation of powers. So the legislature is the pillar which makes law. The judiciary is separate, it interprets it, and that's also equally critical. The executive implements law or orders, etc. Now, if there is an encroaching of any one pillar into the other's domain, that also becomes a valid question of law," he said.
