Bihar Polls: Some Voters In Patna Allege Names Missing From List
As the first phase of polling got underway in 121 constituencies across Bihar on Thursday, disappointment hit hard on those who were not allowed to cast their votes. At polling booths 401 and 402 in Patna, some people alleged that their names were missing from the voters list.
