As National Democratic Alliance is poised for a sweeping victory in Bihar Polls, Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Nov 14 called it was doing of manipulated EVMs. “It turned out to be what I suspected. All this was doing of manipulated EVMs. Jungle Rag was finished in 2005….,” said Digvijaya Singh.
