The Trinamool Congress has responded to the Prime Minister attack on the party over national security, at a meeting in North Bengal's Siliguri. The PM accused the TMC supported those who threatened 'sever' the Chicken's Neck or Siliguri Corridor. Goutam Deb, the Trinamool's candidate and one of its top leaders in the region said the PM is not speaking like a Prime Minister but like a BJP leader and the Chicken's Neck has existed since independence and no PM has raised something like this before
