As the Ministry of Home Affairs orders a probe into the incident of racial profiling in Gujarat during President Xi's visit, Agenda speaks to one of the members of the Bezbaruah committee that was constituted to tackle issues of racial profiling. David Boyce takes on the police's BK Gupta who has been police commissioner and handled the issue of Tibetan protestors during Chinese state visits. The students tell Agenda, if proved, the police owes the community an apology and it is an instance of the state endorsing the stereotypes.
