Banking Bill to bring voting rights: E&Y
Ashvin Parekh from Ernst and Young says Banking Laws (Amendment) Bill will raise voting rights of shareholders of nationalised banks from 1% to 10%. A person holding more than 10%, will enjoy voting rights proportionate to his holdings.
