To scare away monkeys, Lucknow Metro has placed cutouts of langurs at nine metro stations. "Initially, we played audio of an angry Langur's voice. It had some impact but not for the long term. So, the management has decided to display these cutouts. When the voice was played along with the cutouts, the effect was seen. We change the positions of the cutouts within a few days so it fools the monkeys and scares them away," said station controller Vivek Mishra.(Credit: ANI)
