Ahead of the elections in Assam, Hagrama Mohilary, the Chief of the autonomous BTC that administers the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), comprising five districts bordering Bhutan, has told NDTV that PM Modi's announcement of projects in Assam today will win the confidence of voters in the BTR region. He told NDTV, the NDA will win all fifteen seats in the region.
