Assam blast: Victims seek closure

The arrest of Ranjan Daimary, the chairman of National Democratic Front of Bodoland and the prime accused in the worst terror attack in Assam, may really be the end of the road for the most violent insurgent outfit of the state. But with government policies granting amnesty to terrorist leaders in the North East, the victims may actually never get closure.
