Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is likely to skip an Enforcement Directorate summons - for a second time - in connection with the liquor policy case, sources told NDTV Wednesday. Mr Kejriwal was scheduled to depart yesterday but postponed his plans to attend the INDIA opposition bloc meeting.
