Artificial Rain To Reduce Pollution? What Delhi Minister Told NDTV
Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai said that the government is considering using artificial rain to tackle pollution in the city. Mr Rai told NDTV that experts have said that artificial rain can reduce the severe air pollution crisis in Delhi.
