While Delhi Police data says around 120 Pink Booths exist across the capital, many at South and Central Delhi colleges were found locked, dusty and non-functional for years, with students unaware of their presence. Police officials admit staffing shortages have stalled operations but claim efforts are underway to revive the booths, raising questions about why a key women's safety initiative has struggled on the ground.
