Bihar News | Bihar politics threw up another surreal moment as jailed JD(U) MLA Anant Singh was brought to the Assembly in a prison van to take oath. Out on parole, he touched Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s feet after the swearing-in, took a swipe at Opposition leader Tejashwi Yadav, and then returned to jail. NDTV’s Apurva Adhikari reports.
