Even as Delhi continues with its lockdown, work continues for the over Rs 1500 crore new parliament building and making a new Rajpath complex. Technically construction work is permitted where workers have been given on-site accommodation. When NDTV did a spot check at the location, we found some of the workers coming from Kirti Nagar and adjoining areas and are not staying at the site of construction.
