PM Modi was first informed about the Sengol through a letter written by famous dancer Dr Padma Subrahmanyam. Her 2021 letter triggered the manhunt for Sengol in the Prime Minister's Office leading to its placement in the new Parliament of India to be inaugurated on May 28.
