The American Dream is getting more expensive for thousands of foreign workers. A new US immigration rule is set to hit companies sponsoring H-1B and L-1 workers with hefty additional costs. And for Indian professionals who make up a huge share of these visa holders, the change could have a major impact. From September 9, the US will expand an existing immigration fee to certain visa extension petitions.
