The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) has issued a notice to the Delhi police in the spine-chilling murder reported in Delhi's Mehrauli. In the shocking case, a man allegedly murdered his live-in partner, chopped her body into 35 pieces, and dumped them in Delhi's Mehrauli forest over 18 days. The murder happened in May but the details have emerged only now, six months later. DCW Chairperson Swati Maliwal says "I'm amazed by the kind of society we live in - this girl vanished into thin air in the capital and nobody got to know? There was no reporting."
