'Acquitted On Technicality': Official Who Headed CBI's Nithari Probe
Arun Kumar, who headed the CBI investigation into the case, said co-accused Moninder Singh Pandher had no knowledge of the murder, but was charged with trafficking and tampering with evidence. The acquittal was done on the lines of the investigation done by the CBI.
