AAP Accuses Rahul Gandhi Of Hijacking Student Movement

A political war of words has broken out between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the Congress over the ongoing student-led protests. After Rahul Gandhi staged a sit-in outside Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence, AAP accused the Congress of diverting attention from the youth-led movement at Jantar Mantar. The party alleged that Rahul Gandhi's protest weakened the students' campaign and questioned how Congress leaders were able to reach the PM's residence while protesters were prevented from marching towards Parliament. Congress has maintained that it is standing with students in their fight for justice.
