The race to net zero discussed by world leaders at the Glasgow climate summit has a huge bearing in India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a surprise for many around the world, committed India to carbon net zero by 2070. How will this work out for individual states? Maharashtra Minister Aaditya Thackeray spoke to NDTV about the state's "net zero" emission plan.
