The long walks of Teddy on his wheels and advocate Shaleen Mathur are a rare sight in Kerala's Kozhikode district. Teddy is a stray, rescued with his two legs paralysed two years ago. But Mr Mathur, after some internet search, got a friend to improvise a low-cost wheelchair for Teddy - two of them in last two years.
