7 Thieves Arrested for Stealing Jewelry During Ajit Pawar’s Funeral
During the mourning, looting took place. Seven thieves who took advantage of the large crowd at Ajit Pawar’s funeral were arrested, recovering jewelry worth ₹20 lakh. Baramati police arrested the seven accused who had stolen approximately ₹20.5 lakh worth of goods, including gold chains and cash, from attendees during Ajit Pawar’s funeral. The accused had targeted citizens’ necklaces and cash amidst the heavy crowd.
