300 panchayat members quit in Kashmir after militants' threats
Around 300 panchayat members in south Kashmir have resigned in the last three weeks after threats from militants. The Jaish-e-Mohammad militant group, through posters, has told sarpanchs to resign and to publish their resignations in newspapers.
