"30% Rabies Deaths Happen In India": Expert On Stray Dog Menace

"The natural instinct of a child will be to run. More than 30% of Rabies deaths happen in India. Stray dogs and human beings cannot live in the same area," Dr. Sanjeev Bagai, Chairman, Nephron Clinics, said when asked to comment on the growing menace of stray dogs attacking people.
