With over 25 schools in the Kashmir Valley set on fire in less than 2 months, students have become the worst victim of the Kashmir turmoil. On The Buck Stops Here, Jammu and Kashmir Minister Sajad Lone tells NDTV that it is the separatists who are responsible for burning of schools. Emphasising that state government's decision to conduct exam on time is valid, Sajad Lone said, "creating conditions of strife shouldn't dictate timing of exams".
