17 Dead In Delhi's Worst Fire In 22 Years

A massive fire broke out early this morning at a hotel in New Delhi's congested Karol Bagh area. 17 people have died which includes a woman and a child. The Hotel Arpit Palace,has about 65 rooms of which 38 rooms were occupied. There were about 150 people and were sleeping at the time, the staff said. More than two dozen fire engines were sent to the spot after the fire broke out on the top two floors around 4 am.
