16th Lok Sabha Begins: New Session, New Faces, Altered Power Dynamics
It was a truncated inaugural day of the 16th Lok Sabha as the house was adjourned in a mark of respect for Union Rural Development Minister Gopinath Munde who died in a car accident yesterday. But even in the short time that the house functioned, the changed seating arrangements reflected the altered power dynamics in Parliament.
