13 Local Terrorists Killed In Kashmir: Should Centre Reach Out For Dialogue?
Jammu and Kashmir DGP spoke to NDTV a day after a huge anti-terror operation in the Kashmir Valley killed 13 terrorists. But all of them are locals, which is a big worry. Why are local boys picking up the gun? Shouldn't this ring alarm bells in New Delhi? We ask if it is time for the government to make a serious attempt at dialogue.
