13 Challans, 9 For Overspeeding: Fresh Details In Dwarka Juvenile Crash
New details have emerged in the February 3 Dwarka crash that killed 23-year-old Sahil. The DCP Dwarka confirmed it was a head-on collision and said the juvenile's father, who owns the Scorpio SUV, has been questioned twice and will be prosecuted under Section 199A of the Motor Vehicles Act.
Police revealed that the vehicle had 13 challans, including 9 for overspeeding, raising serious questions about repeated violations and parental responsibility. Investigators are examining who was driving the SUV during the previous overspeeding incidents.
