The Supreme Court's order on the 2005 Antrix-Devas deal is "proof of the Congress's misuse of power", Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said today. The Supreme Court on Monday upheld an order to wind up Bengaluru-based startup Devas Multimedia.

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed an appeal filed by Devas Multimedia challenging a court order to wind up the company. A day later, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said a 2005 deal between Devas and Antrix Corporation was a proven fraud.

The government is studying the Hague tribunal's orders on Antrix-Devas deal and will file appeal against the verdict at an "appropriate time" in the international tribunal, ISRO Chairman said today.
