Rescuers Cut Through Mangled Coaches To Reach Survivors: Pics Of Indore-Patna Train Accident
116 people were killed and nearly 200 injured after 14 coaches of the Indore-Patna Express train derailed near Kanpur this morning.

Rescuers had to use cold gas cutters to reach the survivors. -
The coaches were smashed up against each other; two coaches fell on the side. -
Rescuers and medical staff from the army are helping in the massive relief operation. -
The National Disaster Response Force has been also been sent in. -
There were about 500 passengers in the train when the accident took place; most of them were asleep.
