Border Force Personnel Perform Yoga On Floating Bridge In J&K
The Border Security Force (BSF) personnel on Friday performed yoga on a floating bridge built over the Ravi river in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district.

The personnel from Madhopur practiced yoga on the bridge as a precursor to the International Yoga Day 2025. -
The session focused on enhancing physical and mental well-being through yoga postures and breathing techniques. -
The troops also practiced yoga near the serene Basantar river in Ramgarh sector of Samba to celebrate the International Yoga Day. -
The troops also performed yoga at iconic Integrated Check Post (ICP) Kartarpur in Gurdaspur on Thursday. -
The aim was to spread awareness about Yoga and benefits it brings to mental and physical health. -
The BSF will hold a mega yoga program at the Octroi Border Out Post (BoP) in RS Pura sector of Jammu district tomorrow. -
As dawn broke, the sacred grounds resonated with serene chants and elegant yoga asanas, the BSF said. -
The BSF troops also performed yoga at various border locations in Jammu and Punjab, it said.
